15 Countries Represented Across 1,088 Booths as Korea’s Largest Beauty Industry Exhibition Expands
Global Business Opportunities: One-Stop Export Support for Buyers from 60 Countries
KINTEX will host the 2026 K-Beauty Expo Korea from October 15 to 17 at its exhibition center in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, bringing together a record number of companies for one of South Korea’s largest beauty industry exhibitions.
Marking its 18th edition, the event will feature 679 companies from 15 countries across 1,088 booths, including 597 Korean companies and 82 international exhibitors. Compared with last year, the number of participating companies has increased by approximately 30%, while exhibition space has expanded by 40%. International participation has also grown from 65 companies to 82.
A key highlight will be the one-on-one export consultation program for international buyers, organized with support from the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). The program will bring together 220 buyers from 60 countries, carefully selected through KOTRA’s overseas trade offices. Including buyers attending independently, the exhibition is expected to attract approximately 10,000 or more global buyers.
To help Korean beauty brands expand their domestic distribution networks, 33 retail and distribution companies will participate in the MD Distribution Consultation Program. Participating companies include TikTok Korea, Wadiz, Lotte Home Shopping and Hanwha Galleria. The event will also feature an “MD’s Pick” program, allowing merchandising directors to select promising products directly at the exhibition.
KINTEX and KOTRA will additionally operate the Gyeonggi Province ESG Exhibition Marketing Support Program, helping six small businesses and small-scale merchants from designated population-decline areas in Gyeonggi Province explore overseas market opportunities.
On October 16, the exhibition will host an information session on entering major Chinese digital platforms, including Douyin and Xiaohongshu, also known as RedNote. The program aims to help Korean beauty companies better understand China’s digital commerce landscape and develop effective market-entry strategies.
The event will also feature the K-Beauty Insight Concert, bringing together Korean and international speakers to discuss industry trends, business strategies and emerging opportunities in the global beauty market.
Beyond business, KINTEX will expand its BeautyFull social contribution program in partnership with WeStart. Donations and products sponsored by participating companies will be used to prepare cosmetics and personal care kits for girls from low-income families.
With its record participation, expanded international buyer network and practical export support programs, K-Beauty Expo Korea 2026 is set to strengthen connections between Korean beauty brands and global markets while promoting the continued international growth of K-beauty.
