Stray Kids are giving fans a special reason to open Spotify.
The K-pop powerhouse’s music video for “After You,” a track from their latest mini album “THIS & THAT,” will be unveiled exclusively on Spotify first on August 21 at 11 a.m. KST.
A Different Kind of Stray Kids Story
Unlike a traditional performance-focused music video, “After You” unfolds through an anthology-style narrative set in familiar, everyday spaces.
The story follows people caught in a moment of emotional standstill—the “Before You” phase.
Through connections with others and moments of personal reflection, they gradually begin to heal, regain their emotions and move forward.
Eventually, they arrive at “After You.”
The concept gives the song a more emotional and cinematic dimension, showing a different side of Stray Kids beyond their signature high-energy performances.
Spotify Gives STAYs the First Look
Spotify Premium users will be able to watch the music video across TV, desktop and mobile devices.
There is also a seamless way to switch from listening to watching.
After playing “After You” on Spotify, users can tap the “Switch to Video” button to continue directly into the music video from the section of the song they were already listening to.
It turns an ordinary streaming session into a full audiovisual experience.
‘THIS & THAT’ Is Already a Streaming Hit
Stray Kids’ latest album has also been making waves on Spotify since its release.
“THIS & THAT” entered Spotify’s Global Top Album Debuts chart immediately after its release, while “After You” and several other tracks from the album also appeared on the chart.
The album has now surpassed 100 million cumulative streams on Spotify, showing the strong global demand surrounding Stray Kids’ latest era.
And with “After You” now receiving its own exclusive visual treatment, the album’s momentum is showing no signs of slowing down.
