The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of South Korea announced that a series of cultural events will take place throughout June across Mexico in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Mexico, and the Korean Cultural Center in Mexico.

“Korea Day” Festival to Introduce Korean Lifestyle and Entertainment
One of the festival’s highlights will be “Día de Corea” (Korea Day), taking place on June 6 in Zapopan, Jalisco.

Meanwhile, special Korean promotional spaces and a National Museum of Korea “MUSEUMS” exhibition will be hosted in Mexico City, allowing visitors to discover Korea’s rich cultural history.
Traditional Performances Meet K-Pop Energy
The festival will feature performances by leading Korean traditional performing arts groups, including ON, K-Tigers, and The Gwangdae.
K-pop cover dance teams will also take the stage in Zapopan, Mexico City, and Monterrey, bringing the energy of Korean pop culture to enthusiastic local audiences.
By combining traditional Korean performances with modern K-pop entertainment, organizers hope to showcase the diversity and creativity of Korean culture to global visitors.
