A Festival Celebrating 141 Years of Flavor & History
The theme of this uear’s event was “THE Jajang – A Special Bowl That Began in Incheon.” highlighting how jajagmyeon evolved from a port-city dish in 1883 ito one of Korea’s most iconic comfort foods.
Across Incheon Chinatown, Sangsang Platform, and the Open Port Culture District, visitors experienced a mix of history, creativity, and modern K-culture vibes.
