One of Korea’s biggest food exhibitions is returning this fall — bringing K-Food, global food trends, smart technology, and food experiences together in Seoul.
2026 Food Week Korea, also known as the 21st Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition, will take place from November 4 to 7, 2026, at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
Organized jointly by COEX and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the four-day event will be held across COEX Halls A, B and C, as well as The Platz.
This year’s theme is “Innovation Becomes Everyday Life,” highlighting how technology and changing lifestyles are reshaping the way people eat.
🌏 From K-Food to Global Food Trends
Hall A will feature the Domestic & International Food Hall, showcasing food products from Korea and around 30 countries around the world.
Hall B will focus on the latest food trends, including desserts, bakery products and beverages, while Hall C will highlight the future of the Korean food industry through the Next-Generation K-Food & Smart Solution Hall.
Visitors can expect to see everything from foodservice automation equipment to smart production and processing technologies.
The Platz will also host one-on-one export meetings between Korean companies and international buyers, creating opportunities for Korean food brands to expand overseas.
🍜 More Than Just a Food Exhibition
One of the biggest attractions of this year’s event will be its themed experience zones.
The Seasonal Pairing Zone will explore combinations of autumn ingredients and convenient foods, while Jinmi Byeolmi 4-Day Market will bring together regional specialties from across Korea.
For visitors interested in food experiences and lifestyle trends, the Healthy Pleasure Street will showcase food and beverage experiences inspired by the growing trend of enjoying healthy food without sacrificing fun.
A dedicated Liquor Lounge will also introduce visitors to beverage trends and drinking culture.
